Tonnes Upper Body 1A

I'm trying to follow the new Workout on Myfitnesspal called "Toned Upper Body". The exercises for the first day are called 1A and includes a Bear Crawl, but it is accompanied by 4 different times. I don't understand what that means, should I do the exercise for 30s×4=2 minutes, or are there 4 directions?
