My husband said to me " Are you really going to walk on your treadmill at 9:15 at night? Yes I am! I didn't get my usual walk in before work and was so busy today, but I got myself on that treadmill, as exhausted as I was, and after about 20 mins it wasn't so bad so I kept on going!9 -

Yes X 3
@ginadomaszewicz I hear you. I walked the dog down our 1/4 mile driveway and back and walked around the house and up and down the steps for a total of 25 minutes to get my exercise in. My husband said in disbelief..."you walked around the house for a long time afer you got back"...they just don't get it. Lol7 -
@Windowquee ...No they don't! ( haha ) He said that to me as he was lying on the couch after eating dinner and telling me that he ate so bad and is so fat! He said he needs to get back to the gym. He has said that now for the last 2 months! Oh and don't know if your hubby does this, but he is always bringing me a treat on his way home, such as a chocolate shake or chocolate. I told him please don't do that or I will have to exercise even more! He says...Oh you can splurge today! Nope don't get it! LOL5

Another pass day for me. That makes 3/3 for the month.
I needed to run an errand after work before going to have dinner with friends and couldn't do it over the weekend. That situation made it difficult to get exercise done unless I was willing to start at 10:30 at night, which I wasn't.
The next two weeks will be hard, but I'm still in it until I'm not.4 -

Daily Check-In: Friday, October 16, 2020
Exercise Tracked In MFP (Treadmill Mon-Fri): No treadmill but active
Calories and Water Tracked In MFP: Yes
Within Daily Calorie Range of 1300 to 1450: Yes - calories were 1,450
As for yesterday's and today's discussion on NSVs - I have changed the way I think about posting in the group after I reach my pass-days and become disqualified. I need to stay active and not give up and continue posting. I have realized that I will not get truly be able to start to change my habits from unhealthy to healthy if I keep dropping out of the group when I become disqualified. So that is my NSV - understanding I need to keep moving forward and keep making progress.4 -
