Looking to lose one pound a week. I’m finishing up C25K by end of October. I’m also taking a variety of fitness classes, and using a small gym at my work for a weight routine.
I’d like to focus on adding more muscle, increasing my protein, and adding more weights.
Two weeks into the month and doing great!. I started walking a mile on Oct 1st and barely made it. Each day - little by little. Today I made it a mile and a half. I have lost about 3 1/2 pounds.

10/15: 181.8 I was making holiday candy to freeze yesterday, and definitely did some quality control so that makes sense. But now it's all individually packaged, so no more temptation!
The candy, you ask?
32 oz peanuts, salted
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
12 oz milk chocolate chips
20 oz peanut butter chips
and 32 oz vanilla almond bark
Put them all in the crock pot in that order, on low for 1-2 hours, enough to melt everything, mix, then scoop out into mounds on parchment paper. So goooooood. And freezes extremely well.

I really want to join in. I’m just switching from Noom to MFP because my weight loss was ssooo slow. 2 months to loose 10 pounds. I’ve got to do better.

Current weight 247. (49 pounds lost since 1/3/20)
I would like to get to 50 pounds lost, and fit into the size 14 jeans I have in my drawer, by Christmas. (I'd actually like to make 75 pounds lost, but I'm under enough stress that the jeans are a better goal.)
I'll join in. I was down to about 170 but beer and bread saw the end of that! I'm back to measuring and logging everything now and, of course, it works again.
