Made some careful choices today to enjoy some lobster bisque, entree, and a dessert for sweeties' day in Ohio Long walk with good friend. Checks all around.9

Strange day again, but in a reversed way 🤣:
- started off right, eggs for breakfast ✅
- biked 🚴♀️ with my son ✅
- had only a bite from his 🍔 and a 🍰 - quite a few calories, yet no proper lunch... 🤔
- thus hungry in the evening and... then ate too much 😠🤷♀️
Then, after putting the kids to bed and with a red summary on my diary sheet, I was faced with 2 options: 🍷 or 🤸♀️. Did the 2nd, a HIIT workout - am still on the floor as I write this 😄, I dont feel my legs 😂.
So even if I have -10 cal "left", I will *not* use a pass today. The workout was not a punishment, but was intended to even out the large dinner. At the end of the day, I am strenghtening my 🦵, so... 👍?

Long walk and a tomato chutney steak and colored greens dinner.
My husband and I both hit 10k for the day at the same time while doing dishes. We compared and saw we were both at 10,010 so took a photo. In this time and age, it's the small things6 -
