Hi I've decided to restart my whole journey over and hopefully and plan on meeting all my goals a year from now and I know I can do this and with a goal of keeping it off for good.

    Youre taking a positive forward step! Just make sure that your goal does not become your burden. Focus on small losses this will keep you from feeling discouraged. I think you're very determined to become healthy and that is an excellent goal. Feel free to add me so we can encourage each other!
