In for the next round! My rate of loss seems to be slowing over time - not surprising, but hopefully I can keep up the pace of losing 2 lbs this round. Meal prepping my lunches has been incredibly helpful so far since I know in advance what Iβm eating and itβs easy to plug the numbers into MFP. Iβd like to extend that to breakfast - will try and do some overnight oats and some egg muffins this round. I also want to keep up the core exercises - my stomach and my upper arms are the areas I want to tone up the most.

How I'm going: my last round I didn't lose but that's alright, I just wanted to keep my weight stable, now I'm attempting to lose, also I'm aiming to reduce my salt intake, it screws up the numbers. Yesterday I ate 8093 kJ which is around maintenance.0 -

I'm all in for round #130!
Background: Still feeling residual effects of car accident that did a number on my neck/back and knee. And of course, when one knee is affected-both knees suffer. My goal has been to complete a *real* 5k this fall, and have done a couple of virtual 5k's in the meantime and planning on a couple more over the next month or so (not sure that *real* one is on, due to Covid)... I've given myself permission to lightly jog, walk-or crawl, depending on how much I'm feeling it! My goals are to complete, not compete. Getting *myself* (body) back in the process, is fabulous!

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 130 (round 60 for me ) I'm in for another round β I really need the accountability! As always, thank you @GrandmaJackie such a brilliant champion particularly in these unprecedented & unsettled times, helping keep some stability in our lives, for setting up these challenges.
Female age 62 5' 4β - Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight β I'm working at it β it's a permanent way of life !
Challenge for this round will be to get back into 133s. Stick with good habits; be mindful of what I eat & drink, keep walking, no binges, keeping the 10 days binge free makes such a difference!

10/23 134.2 β so I've been off the rails, just so sick of Covid and not being able to see my family except outside now the weather is turning cold, having to social distance from them and not been able to give them a hug, it just got me the last 2 days. I know I should be counting my blessings so grateful that we are all ok & healthy especially my DGS 12 weeks on from his liver transplant, but I couldn't shake it off and so I attacked the chocolate amongst other things. I hope I've got it out of my system now, scales certainly weren't kind to me, but todays another day and I need to pull myself together. A new round tomorrow and I will be there, self pity moment over β sorry folks!!

Good job getting control so quickly! May I ask where you have your macro goals set? I can't do keto, but would like to know what is a better goal for me for carbs. Instinctively I know I feel more full when my protein intake is high, but I've never tracked a particular number. I know to cut out the stupid carbs which are what my body craves when I quit trying or get depressed or whatever. I've lost this weight I'm now carrying before (here on MFP a few years ago), but I never tried to track macros really.0 -
Next overall goal is to get back to 142.4, which was my last recorded weight before COVID (was mid-Feb).
For this round, I am trying to be realistic, both my birthday and Halloween are during these 10 days. So I am trying to take off one more pound during the 10 days, while remembering to remain under 145 for my birthday which was my previous goal.

10/24 174.2 I made it to the overweight range on the BMI chart! When I get to my first goal of 160 lbs I plan on reevaluating it and deciding how much more I want to lose. Honestly I never thought I would get this far. Happy to say I've stuck to it and I don't plan on stopping!
