Final workout of The Work! The Crucible!! I have my park workout tomorrow and then I think I will take a few days off. I want to do 3 Day Refresh before I start my next calendar.
Day 4 of morning meltdown 100. Any one else tried this one and had success? This am was total body badass and I’m thankful it was only 27 minutes long.

I did this program. My nutrition was *kitten* when I did it, so I truthfully didn't see results (other than getting stronger and able to do the moves better).
I enjoyed it and will go back and do some of the workouts when I want something different. Total Body Badass is one of my favorites! That one and LIT Cardio.

nutrition has always been my struggle so I am really trying to focus on it this time around. Not following BB plan but limiting myself to approx 1200 cals and whole foods. Feeing hopeful 😊

Kind of regretted the gym sesh this morning when I had to do Isometrics. 😅 The burn is real! 🔥 💪
