I am one of three Captains on the team and Co-Founder Sally AKA @Fitness327wk. Sue @shbarbor (Co-Founder/Captain) and Dave @Djproulx (Captain) are the other Captains for WE ARE THE WARRIORS!
A bit about me! I was a former Business Owner/VP/Analyst (love numbers) and now retired with my awesome hubby. I enjoy 😉 traveling, hiking, cooking, golf, horses and our new Peloton bike! Also, I love MFP!
Why I wanted to lose weight?
Last December I was looking at photos from Thanksgiving and I wasn’t happy with what I saw. I didn’t like how I looked, however, more importantly I didn’t like how I felt. I knew it was time for change. January started with “dry January”, Barre and a healthy diet. I didn’t see initially the pounds flying off like they did in my 20’s, I was frustrated, however, I knew it would take time. The pounds started coming off. I give a lot of credit to MyFitnessPal community of all the support and encouragement!! I knew I wouldn’t qui!
With the help of this awesome team, I have lost 20 pounds!!

Replying back from Oct thread.
I've actually been doing a bunch of homestead things and cleaning. Once it's too cold out I'll be able to get back to my writing. I've only one more project I need to get done asap and that's making a place for fodder growing station. Then I just have to focus on saving for the fence and dairy sheep. Both together will set be back about $5k. The fence will be around 3k and the trio of dairy sheep plus rental vehicle and the small house for the trio will be around 2k.0 -
