    Our “virtual” step race will take us to Tunisia 🇹🇳!! Our goal this week is 1,000 miles! Our first week’s journey started yesterday - Nov 1 and ends on Saturday - Nov 7th!

    How Water Boosts Metabolism

    • Walk at least 7,000 steps
    • Stay within my recommended calories each day
    • Log each and every bite of food
    • Work has been really stressful this month so I am going to start each day with a positive affirmation about the day

      What I like about my body? It has carried two beautiful children. I am embracing the stretch marks and extra skin.

      Individual Task #2 (Monday, November 2nd)
      What I find beautiful? Watching my kids learn every day. I love watching their faces when they learn something new or get excited about the little things.

    @Robynmac5819 AND @Kate0003 both tied and lost 6.22% of their body weight!!! AND @tanbrown (12.6 pounds lost)! Great job!!!

      If you haven't heard this song before, I highly recommend listening to it! Even if you aren't religious, it has such a good message! I pumps me up while I'm working out and it's a good remind that we are ALIVE!
