November daily goals:
Drink 3 24oz water bottles of water a day
Walk at least 7,000 steps
Stay within my recommended calories each day
Log each and every bite of food
Work has been really stressful this month so I am going to start each day with a positive affirmation about the day
Individual Task #1 (Sunday November 1st)
What I like about my body? It has carried two beautiful children. I am embracing the stretch marks and extra skin.
Individual Task #2 (Monday, November 2nd)
What I find beautiful? Watching my kids learn every day. I love watching their faces when they learn something new or get excited about the little things.
