    If I hit my November goal weight, I will not longer be in the "Obese" category for BMI, but rather just the "Overweight" category.

    Don't weigh myself everyday.

    October was losing the same 1/2 lb over and over. Started eating more fiber and my body has really responded!

    236.8 is an artificial low due to limited fluid intake. I experienced the reverse effect between 29 Oct (240.0) to 31 Oct (243.0) due to drinking beer and then a lot of fluids to rehydrate.

    I weigh myself each morning at roughly the same time, after visiting the bathroom and before fluid intake so I want to follow that approach to have comparable results.

    I am inspired by each of you and your commitment and progress. Thank you so much for sharing. OK, I'm new here. Here goes:
    My highest weight a year ago 169 lbs. My current weight today is 156 lbs.
    Goal weight 125 lbs. by my 50th birthday on May 25, 2021

    My plan includes 30 min of morning yoga 5-6 days a week and a 30-40min afternoon walk/jog 4-5 days a week, removing processed flour entirely, increasing my consumption of water-rich fruit and veggies while making sure I get plenty of healthy protein, calcium, and healthy fruit sugars and enzymes. I'm allergic to all nuts and seeds, except sesame. So, fish, chicken, beans, green smoothies, salads, eggs, lactose free dairy and yogurt, lots of raw fruits and veggies, fenugreek powder added to smoothies for mood and appetite management, cinnamon powder added to smoothies for blood sugar management, black tea with ginger for digestion and immunity, cherry concentrate and turmeric supplements for inflammation and immunity, enzyme supplements for gut and immunity.

    November 2019 = 169 lbs.
    December 2019 = 158 lbs.
    January 2020 = 156 lbs.
    February 2020 = 152 lbs.
    March 2020 = 148 lbs.
    April 2020 = 151 lbs. - coronavirus STINKS
    May 2020 = 153 lbs. - SHUT down was HORRID for eating and exercising
    June 2020 = 153 lbs. - isolating with my 8 year old was REALLY getting old
    July 2020 = 155 lbs. - trying to get back on track
    August 2020 = 153 lbs. - the 2-3 lb. yoyo continues
    September 2020 = 155 lbs. the 2-3 lb. yoyo continues
    October 2020 = 153 lbs. the 2-3 lb. yoyo continues
    November 5, 2020 = 156 lbs. - THE YOYO gets thrown OUT TODAY!
    Goal by December 1, 2020 = 150 lbs.
    Goal for January 1, 2021 = 145 lbs.
    Goal for February 1, 2021 = 139 lbs.
    Goal for March 1, 2021 = 133 lbs.
    Goal for April 1, 2021 = 129 lbs.
    Goal for May 25, 2021 (MY 50th Birthday!) = 125 lbs.

    LIFE GOAL - NO looking back! No lamenting potato chips or sugar. No fantasizing about food that actually hurt my health and mood. A lifetime commitment to exercise 6 days a week, walking or jogging, and yoga, and eating with respect and kindness for my body and my mind, to give myself gentleness and kindness even on days that don't go well or where my choices aren't stellar.

    So I think 235.6 is also an artificial low due to slightly limited fluid intake yesterday (2.5 liters). Also limited exercise yesterday due to tiredness.

    Food/exercise plan for today is geared towards giving space for alcohol tonight without breaking a total net kcal intake of 2,500. (1,500 food intake, 1,500 alcohol intake & 500 exercise).

    Expect 235.6 to increase significantly over next 2 days due to water weight.
