Veggie omelet/veggie wrap! This is my fave breakfast. I chop everything the night before; otherwise, I'd be too lazy to do it in the morning.

In a good non-stick pan: Saute chopped large mushroom, red onion, minced garlic, 1 T salsa or diced tomato, 1 oz. diced pepperoncini. Add 1 beaten egg and 1/2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese. <170 calories. Sometimes I top with a dollop of Greek yogurt, add a second egg or have it as a breakfast burrito with a whole wheat wrap. Very filling!

I like oatmeal. There is so much you can add to it and it is so filling. I find I am so hungry in just a few hours if I just eat a bowl of cereal with coffee. I put 1/2 cup of oatmeal in a Pampered Chef microwave bowl and add raisins, cranberries, cinnamon, maple syrup, walnuts, and other fruit that is season. Add whatever you like! It takes just 2 minutes to cook.

My second favorite is eggs. Two. I usually do a quick omelet. Much like what MsCzar wrote above.

Eggs. Almost always eggs. Usually scrambled with some veggies, a piece of turkey sausage, and a tortilla. If I want something lighter, I'll have greek yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit.

I made an dense eggy almond flour/flax seed bread the other day that collapsed after baking. So I sliced, buttered, sprinkled with cinnamon, pan fried and drizzled with maple syrup. It tasted sooo decadent!

I mostly skip it...I usually have breakfast on Sunday...usually scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. In the event that I do eat it during the week, it's usually just a couple of scrambled eggs, or some oats.

Porridge with fruit, nuts and dark chocolate or protein pancakes with fruit and Greek yoghurt are my favourites. But sometimes I’ll do eggy bread with cinnamon and - you guessed it - fruit. I would pretty much live on fruit if it didn’t make my blood sugar go haywire!

1 fried egg and a piece of american cheese on a toasted high fiber english muffin. Gets me some fiber, some protein and fat, and keeps me full until my midmorning snack.

    Most days are smoothies.

    My favs are:

    PB chocolate banana with cauliflower
    Chocolate cherry kale
    Carrot, mango, ginger, & turmeric

    Other options are:

Greek yogurt with granola and blueberries
    Cereal or oatmeal
Bar if I'm in a hurry

Just finished a bowl of oatmeal with guacamole and swiss cheese stirred in. Yummy, though a strange grey-green color.

This morning I scrambled a couple of eggs, and served them on raw, baby spinach, with some chili and seaweed sprinkles on top. Warming comfort food for a frosty morning ☺️

My old standby was a 2 egg omelet with vegetables -- usually some kind of green, such as spinach, at least one other green veg, maybe two (broccoli, zucchini, and asparagus are all tasty in the omelet, and I usually have at least one on hand, although I might also have green peppers or leeks on occasion), maybe mushrooms, tomato, or onion, depending on my mood and the other ingredients. Usually feta cheese. To add cals since I like a bigger breakfast, something on the side: cottage cheese or yogurt or smoked salmon (adds protein) or half an avocado or some other fruit, again depending on what I'm in the mood for or the rest of the day.

I've gotten out of the breakfast habit and don't really miss it currently, but talking about this makes me want an omelet, so I now know what lunch will be!
