I have followed your instruction and your system does not respond. I have searched and searched for a customer service number to call. I even cancelled my card to end this monthly charge as a last resort. I let it go for 30 days and then had to add a card back to save my extra storage with apple and sure enough, you charged me again!!!!!!! How do I made this stop??????
