Jogging/running/walking

I run for 30 secs, then walk to lower my heart rate and repeat. Interval. How should I enter this?

    Take the total distance and time.

    Then use this and log the results of Net option.

    You could also make it easy and create your own 1 min workout with the correct rate of burn, and then just enter the time incase that changes.
    Can edit the calorie burn later as your % walk & run changes.
    Or maybe it was 60 min workout and just correct the time.
