Hello, Fitness Friends!

Hi! I'm pretty new to myfitnesspal, but I've been losing weight for a few months. I'm down 30 pounds, and have another 30ish to go. Currently losing through diet only, as I had surgery a few weeks ago. I'm working my way back up to my previous step goal (5 miles per day), and want to start strength training as soon as I'm cleared for that. Looking forward to learning and losing! :wink:
