Back at it

I completed this program a few years ago, and ran fairly regularly for a while before falling off. I started back recently, and was able to skip through most of the early weeks (I did the first run of the first 4 weeks, found them easy enough, and skipped to the next week). I had done a bit of running before restarting C25K, but was struggling to extend my times without the structure. I finished week 6, run 2 today, and can't wait to get back to full 5k runs. This program is so good.

Good for you! :) Best of luck for the upcoming weeks, and I hope you reach 5k again successfully!

Thanks! I did the 25 minute run this morning, it went well. I'll ultimately need to up my pace to hit 5k in 30 minutes, but I'm happy with where I'm at for now :)

Thanks! I did a 30 minute run this morning, first of three for week 9. I need to pick up the pace a smidge, I came in at 4.5ishKM, but I'll take it.
