What youtube workout did you do today?

Wow this thread is fantastic! Not new to MFP or working out. But haven't been to my gym since March.
I just started working out at home this week after a few months hiatus.
Today I did a 45 min low impact workout from Popsugar. The guest instructor was from LIT fitness.
Thanks for all the suggestions.

and even if she was too fast a few times, I decided to save the link. I actually figured out that it's best not to watch, once I roughly got the move and just work according to the rhythm, as that keeps me going at the right pace anyhow!

Today I did a 30 min abs/ butt . No equipment. Good, but I needed a little more.

This was a good arm workout with dumbells. No cardio in this one. I did 15 min of cardio after. My arms are going to hurt tomorrow - yay!

This was a fun, quick, easy to follow, heart pumping cardio dance workout with good music.

This one was challenging and covered every part of the body. Lots of jumping but easy to modify.

This was a great glutes and legs workout. Hard, but not too hard. Of course, she was using 25 lb dumbbells and mine were 2!
