Doing it right this time!

I’m new here!

When I first lost my baby fat over 4 years ago, I lost more than 60lbs in less than 2.5 months. Needless to say, I was working too much, barely eating, and got all my anger and frustrations out while at the gym for over 2hrs 5 days a week. Which was a lot! Let’s just put it that way! Lol

I hurt my body. I lost a lot of the muscle I was proud of. And when I gained all the weight back, plus more, everything started hurting. My hips, my knees, my back. I’m only 27!

I’m here today because I need to lose weight the right way this time. I still can not seem to eat as much as I should. I’m still to this day, eating less than 1200 calories a day. And this is a problem. But this app can actually help me monitor that, keep me focused on at least hitting that 1200+ mark while also watching the foods I’m eating.

And that’s why I say, Let’s get it, get it!
