So sick

I am so sick today with chills and headaches πŸ˜” I had made it all month doing my workout program and I couldn't even go for a walk today. It was so hard reading the Bible this morning. I knew you guys would understand why I am sad I couldn't hit jy goals today

    When ill, getting better is the goal. Eating to appetite, or eating to maintenance calories if you can tolerate that amount of nutritious food, is the path. Rest is more important than workouts. Sending strength, and wishes for a speedy recovery!

    I believe the big picture idea behind fitness is to respect our bodies, minds, and feelings, and take care of ourselves. We aren't machines.
