Hi all, I’ve been attempting to lose the same 25 lbs and live an alcohol free lifestyle for the last year, but have failed miserably. This is day 1 again. I am also starting a 30 day Keto menu plan today and hope that will help keep me away from alcohol too. I need to do this for my family, my weight, and my mental health. It’s just so hard.
