I need to start counting my cal's - I need to get my butt in gear - I need to get motivated
I'm gonna post here -daily for support and motivation and hope I can motivate others!

I'm Liz - I have one son, a lot of cats, i'm walking 60 miles for Breast Cancer in October, um
