This is my 4th year using this challenge to keep me focused on my weight loss efforts.

I'm looking forward to this challenge in 2021!
Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in day out.
Remember throughout the year that if you disappear for a bit you are always welcome back. Last year I started and then lost momentum. But I came back strong in August and finished the year. Down 23 lbs so far ... less than my original target of 52 lbs but then ... I'm down 20+ lbs from last year!!! Ready to tackle these darn pounds in 2021.
2019 Starting Weight: 245 (1/2/2019) BMI 43.4 (Lost 15 lbs in 2019 then regained 5)
2020 Starting Weight: 235 (1/1/2020) BMI 41.6 (Then back up to 241 before refocusing in Aug)
2021 Starting Weight: I'll capture this on January 1
Goal for 2021: <200 BMI 35 (Dr set target before next physical)
Stretch Goal for 2021: <170 (Overweight instead of obese)

This week's challenges:
At my physical in November my doctor set my target at <200 BMI 35. She said to not worry about anything else just get under 200 and make sure to not slip up into the 240s again.

I just came back to my fitness pal after a few years and ready to work hard and get my weight on track. This year was....well 2020....a huge gong show. Even though 2021 doesn't seem like it will be back to normal for awhile I am going to focus on the positive and get my health on track. Time to do something for me and be healthy
