    Welcome! I'm sure you will find that there are lots of people here willing to give support. Are you just starting out? What changes are you making? One thing that has helped me recently is posting my food diary on the share food diary thread. I think it helps keep me honest with myself. If you don't know where to start, reach out!

    Hi, I'm pretty new also. I have over 60 lbs to lose maybe we could keep track of one another here and there. My only support system is MFP and my 6 yr old son!
