    Original MFP weight: 211 lb
    January Start Weight: 194.6 (Jan 1/21)
    I hope this is an anomaly as all week I’ve been weighting about 190, may adjust based on weekly weigh in on the 4th
    January Goal Weight: ? Will adjust based on weekly weigh in on the 4th
    After 18months mat leave I head back to work this month- rotating day & night shifts, which will definitely have an impact on my weight loss journey
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 180 for now, then I’ll adjust again - small goals work better for me

    Happy New Year everyone. It's time to get to work. My goal for 2021 is to lose wt. every month, 1 pound 5, 6 whatever, as long as the needle continues to drop. I finally stopped yoyoing the last quarter of 2020 and the key was low carb eating. I broke my chip addiction and cheat snacks and finally held myself accountable. Logging everything daily is also very important and I will continue to do so. Have fun and lets drop some pounds.

    I have been trying to lose weight pretty much my whole life. I hate how I look. Nothing I've tried including being under the care of a doctor and personal trainer and still couldn't lose any weight.

    My ultimate goal is 125 lbs because that's the last time I didn't completely hate my looks but I set 2 goals so it's a little less depressing when I don't get to that weight:
    Goal #1: 200 lbs
    Goal #2: 125 lbs

    I am in...hopefully, will find my way back.

    It’s a real struggle, over the last 10 years, I have come down 100#. By 2013 when I first joined MFP, I had gotten down to 240#.
    I have RE lost, some of the same poundage over and over. It comes off slow, hopefully this challenge will keep me focused this month and beyond.
    Best to everyone, hoping to get my walking back up to multiple miles a day.
