I've really piled on the weight over the covid lockdown. The last time I weighed this much I had just had a baby!!! I am doing the Fast 800, starting with the very fast 800 for a couple of weeks then switching to the new 5:2, which will be more sustainable to reach the ultimate goal. Attempting dry January, or at least cutting down alcohol to weekends only.

I gained back 9 of the 17 pounds I lost last year, but at least I ended the year weighing less than I started instead of more.3 -
Hi all - I am a little late to the party, but my scales arrived today and I was shocked to find I gained 5 pounds since 13th December. I definitely need to hold myself accountable and hopefully this will help.
