Going to bed early was a success last night! I'm well rested today and I did NOT have any late night snacks!3 -

Yesterday was a hard day but after a later dinner I didn't even really think about it.3 -

I discovered that because I'm waking up so late and having dinner still at a normal time, it leaves way too many hours after and this is why I'm getting hungry. So I moved up my dinner and seems to have worked2 -

Doing well still...
Helps when I pre-plan my food into MFP, and then adjust my macros (higher protein/fat, lower carbs) so that I feel full.
But when I get too busy to plan, and things get chaotic, that's when I get into trouble.

Cravings and thoughts of munching while watching tv in bed has subsided a lot. I replaced it with a large cup of tea. But I have to pee a lot now. LOL!3
