1/4: 5:00 planks during the video workout. Later: 10:00 isometrics (out of which 3:00 wall sits)

1/7: 5:00 planks (1:30 during HIIT, 3:30 on my own) + 12:00 isometrics (1:30 squats during HIIT + 4:00 wall sit + 5:00 glute bridges + ...)

1/9: 5:00 planks, own mix + 5:00 isometrics (2:00 wall + 3:00 bridges)
