Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in day out.

A pound a week seems reasonable I need to quit losing the same pounds over and over. If you are tired of starting over, STOP giving up.

    2019 Starting Weight: 245 (1/2/2019) BMI 43.4
    2020 Starting Weight: 235 (1/1/2020) BMI 41.6

Goal for 2021: <200 BMI 35 (Dr set target before next physical)
Stretch Goal for 2021: <170 (Overweight instead of obese)
    Current weight: 210.0 BMI 37.2

Past week's successes: Met exercise goals and saw 209 a couple of days.
This week's challenges: Execute on the plan start my low carb way of eating! Plus need to reach my daily goal of water which I let slide again last week.

@tammierlewis Yes! It is a lot of fun. My mom and partner did it together a couple of years ago. My mom and I are going to do it together this year. The point is to climb as many climbs as possible in 24 straight hours. I've been climbing since I was 2. I used to take it pretty serious but after having my kids, I gained a lot of weight and lost motivation. I want to take back my mind and body, so this felt like the perfect motivation!

    Starting weight: 325
    Goal weight: 150
    Current weight: 321
    Total weight lost: 4lbs

This week's successes: Eating better, exercising daily, met/exceeded my 2lb weekly goal.
This week's challenges: Having honest conversations with myself about whether or not I'm actually hungry when cravings hit.

    Personal Milestone Weights(for tracking purposes): 320/300/280(Pre-COVID weight)/250/220(Last time I lost weight)/200/180(Highest Highschool Weight)/160(Lowest Highschool Weight)/150

    Starting weight: 155lb (5'0", BMI 30.27)
    Goal weight: 100lb (BMI 19.53)
    Current weight: 150lb
    Total weight lost: 5lb
This week's successes: I kept up with my supplements every day this week. I feel great, despite having a few days above my calorie allotment. I'm trying to maintain a healthy relationship with my food and I feel like I've done much better than normal.
This week's challenges: I can tell that my cycle is about to start and I've just felt a little meh regarding myself. I also had to stop taking one of my medications and it's been a little bleh, too.

My reasoning for getting that low is for a climbing competition. I have to climb for 24 hours straight and it will be incredibly difficult at a high weight. The smaller I can be, the easier it will make this competition. I plan on that being my competition weight and having my maintenance weight be closer to 110.

I am in for this challenge to hold myself accountable. I am 51 year old 6'0" with a Thyroid issue, that I am on Meds for, and tore my Achilles in May. My weight constantly yoyo's and the up is more than the down. Heaviest I have ever been.
I have been unable to do any cardio and the weight has continued to creep up. I also have a torn Meniscus but can still get around. I decided to test the waters on the stationary bike this morning and am able to start doing that. Hopefully this will help take the weight off.
    Starting weight: 287.2 ( January 1, 2021)
    Goal weight: 195

    Current weight: 281.8
    Total weight lost: 5.6

This week's successes: Rode on stationary bike for 20 minutes
This week's challenges: Incorporate 3 cardio and 2 strength days each week until the end of January
