    My tip: Get a food scale. Use it to weigh everything you eat, and log it all. Make sure you include liquid calories. Hit your calorie target consistently. That's it - Enjoy your win!

    #1 weigh carefully and accurately
    #2 log carefully, accurately and honestly
    #3 set a reasonable rate of weight loss. Don’t get greedy and set it at “two pounds a week”
    #4 read this forum often and attentively
    #5 don’t treat a screw up as a reason to quit. Simoly acknowledge you are human and start over the next minute or hour or day

    There are some really cool groups and forum threads related to recipes. Find the community and the groups tabs, and do a search for what you're looking for. Lately, I love this group, and seeing all the tasty looking veggie foods that people are making:
