    Welcome! 10lbs makes a huge difference, especially if you are a shorty. 🧜🏽‍♀️

    Although I'm the shortest person in my family at 5'7" I don't think most people will classify me as short.

    Stepped on the scale today & I'm down 1.6 pounds. Yipee! I'm starting to believe that 10 pounds by Valentine's day is possible.

    1.5 lbs lost. So, I seem to be headed in the right direction.

    I plateau or water retain so easily that I'm terrified of the scale. Hopefully, with some trust, this will work...

    1/11 This week was not looking good. My weight jumped to 153.0lbs a few days ago. I switched back to a carefully counted low carb diet.
    1/18 On Thursday, my weight dropped to 148.0lbs. I have Friday and Saturday off. We ate out a couple times and I made better choices than I normally do (poke bowl, almond chicken w/soup, spring roll and 1 cream cheese wonton). I am at 149.5lbs today. I am hoping to pop right back to 148lbs tomorrow. Keeping it low carb under 50 grams 💜

    I would love to join. This is a little aspirational for me though. I just turned 50 and my metabolism has REALLY slowed down. I would like to join this challenge and see what I can do.
