My husband and I re-started on our healthy lifestyle journey in January. 2 years ago, we did WW and lost over 100 lbs each. Unfortunately, the pandemic and remote teaching were not friendly to my waistline. I gained 40 lbs back and lost my motivation. Not only do I want to lose weight, but I want to gain back my confidence and feel sexy in my own body. At the beginning of January, I set goals and I am proud to say I crushed them. Now, it is time to set my goals for February. I often lose motivation during the long winter months, and the 12 inches of snow we got yesterday will not help, but I need to be stronger than my excuses. I have dug out my driveway, and I am now ready to conquer the cold days of February!
My Feb. GOALS:
1.) Lose 8+ lbs by my final Feb weigh in
2.) Attend the gym at least 4x a week
3.) continue to meal prep/plan 5 healthy recipes a month.
The reward for smashing my goals us a new watchband to wear at the gym.
