Has anyone set up the February group yet?!

I did but it's, different then this, group as I was not, sure if this, was, just for Jan..

I found your group but don’t think I meet the requirements. I made a more general group with no max weight loss needed if anyone wants to join!!!! Ready to meet my next goal!

My name is Donna. I am 60 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US.

    January Start Weight: 207.0
    January Goal Weight: 202.0
Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know it when I get there!)

    Jan01 : 207.7
Jan 08: 207.0 Back where I started but I suppose that is good after a gain and a major holiday!
Jan 16: 207.0 Didn’t have the opportunity to weigh yesterday (15th). This is my weight today (16th).
Jan 22: 205.2 I have really made some pre-planned food choices this past week, increased my steps and my water. I am tip-toeing to avoid a glucose drop since I am diabetic and my body doesn’t like fast changes. So far, no glucose “episodes” which cause a feeding frenzy. No severe drops. I’m pleased with the progress so close after Christmas!
    Jan 29: 207.0 Back where I started!

@deepwoodslady Great job. Slowly but surely. Learning how to eat is the key.

@FitVibration I did real well at the beginning of my journey, losing about 80 pounds in total. This past year, however, has been horrible. I've gained about 30 pounds of it back. Losing my normal exercise routine (walking the school halls) during the covid shut-downs has been horrible. I know I am not watching my macros as closely, not prepping my food as regularly and I am definitely not exercising like I used to.

I can give you all the excuses including a major move, my recent retirement, the complicated sales of two of my businesses and much more and it would all be true and should be factored in due to time constraints. However, with that being said, I know I still could have done better than I have.

Thanks for you post and for noticing my efforts. You are right about proper eating. We certainly cannot outrun the fork so it has to start there!

I look forward to our shared journey of better health and fitness.
