Wearing size 10 (!) jeans and I'm comfortable in them!30

I pulled out a pair of leggings I haven't worn for 6 years and they fit like a dream!
Never thought I'd wear them again! Glad I hoarded them now 😂
Next goal is wear a crop top I bought before I met my partner 9 years ago and fit in it and more importantly feel confident in it!23 -
Today I caught myself mid self-sabotage and pulled myself out of it. Twice. The last couple of days I have been horrendous with my food. This morning when I was thinking about morning tea I had the thought of “well you’ve pretty much blown today already you may as well grab something from the bakery and start back fresh tomorrow” I recognised my behaviour and went to the grocery shop and got some tuna and crackers instead. My original plan was to have carrot and celery sticks for lunch with guacamole but as the day wore on I found myself leaning towards ordering a burger. Again I realised what I was doing and came home and ate my vege sticks with guac as originally planned. Im currently over my calories with dinner accounted for, but I’m planning a C25K to even that out a bit34

My running times are improving and my heart rate is dropping. Can’t wait for the snow to melt and see how I do in good conditions after a high mileage winter 😍30

Thanks, approaching almost 100lbs down from my highest and almost not "obese" (at least according to BMI).17 -
Mail-ordered 2 of the same tank-top in L and XL and the L fit better.24

I fit into my interview suit! The one I bought in 2006, in my mid-20s. So utterly jazzed by that!

I can sit in the tub with space on both sides of me, rather than both sides touching the tub! I really wished I had measured when I started this ~ it would be interesting to know how many inches I've lost!18

Today I went to the grocery store, stressed and hungry, to pick up my girlfriend's prescription. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to finish filling it.
Bought myself a lipstain cause my everyday one is running low, and they had the jalapeno cream cheese spread in that my partners like, which they did not have when I was last at the store. Did not buy myself any food.
Came home and ate a homemade personal turkey sausage pizza, and had a cup of ice cream with a measured amount of chocolate sauce.
I call that a definite NSV.24 -
Fitting in these white jeans ❣️❣️❣️37 -
I finished Week 2 Day 1 of Couch 2 5k and didn't need to skip any rounds this time. I did repeat week 1 so I had a little bit more time to prep but I felt great doing it23

I can now do a slow jog non-stop for 30 mins with an incline on the tread mill and not die. Same in that 30 min jog is I'm doing about 2.5 miles. Amazing how much I'll sweat in this leisure jaunt.26

My back doesn't hurt anymore when I'm cooking!24

I am seeing some shoulder definition!! I teared up when I saw these pics. My legs are in fine shape but I work so hard on those arms.

I hear you, Autumnpath, on the cooking! It feels so good not to feel tired when I'm standing up. And great work, WandRsmom, on the shoulders! They are great! Love the delts too.
My little NSV for today is, last night when lying in bed, my ribs were more apparent. I'm trimming down all over but it was neat to be able to feel them. Still have a lot of soft stuff up front, quite a large paunch, but everything else is looking and feeling much better. Another bigger NSV (scale related but the victory itself isn't) is that even though it's taken darn near three months to permanently lose my most recent five pounds, I have stuck with it and not given up.

My most recent NSV is completing an entire pilates workout without stopping.29
