:drinker: Fantastic Friday my fellow fitness followers!!! :drinker:
WOOHOO...it's the weekend!!! :smokin:
I had a great day yesterday...cals were good, water was drank and my workout was awesome!!! I ran 1.5 miles, had an hour training session with some new high weights, and did a half hour on the precor!!!
Today, and through the weekend, I'll keep my cals and water in line, but taking some rest time from working out...well, at least from the Y anyway....

I haven't had the energy to workout all week! 
I think I burnt myself out when the previous weeks before this :grumble: But I have maintained still :drinker:
Sooooooo ummmmmm I've let my body rest. It's been wierd. I feel fine til 4pm and then I just get so tired I can't hold my eyes open. I think I'm just burnt out. I have still been walking the dog and keeping close to my calories...a little over but not enough to actually gain or go over the deficit. And I've been drinking all my water. :drinker:
I'm gonna force myself to workout tonight and throughout the weekend. I guess if my body needed to rest, it's good I let it get the rest. But I'm gonna get back at it. I did do 200 crunches this morning. So it's a start. :drinker:

:flowerforyou: You need to let your body take a break every now and again....and you have really been kicking butt! Just stay within your cals and everything, and you'll be refreshed and back at it in no time!!!

Yay for nice surprises in the morning! I did my weekly weigh-in today and the scale FINALLY moved!! Down 2.8lbs for the week. I've got another 3lbs before I'm out of the 240s for good! Here's to hoping it happens by St. Patty's Day! That'll be even more a reason to go out and celebrate! :bigsmile:
Hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday. I'm certainly looking forward to 3:30 when I can get outta work and go enjoy the BEAUTIFUL weather we're having here in Sunny Florida!
