    Weight lost: 86kg to 80 kg (January-August 2012); 85 kg to 69 kg (October 2014 - March 2016); 88kg to present weight (May 2020 - now)
    maintained (i.e. was below 77.5 kg, and mostly below 75 kg) from February 2015-July 2017; was then put on a medication and gained 2 kg in a month; went on sabbatical (away from scales; lots of conference meals); hit (peri-)menopause and lost track of things except to note that I was steadily gaining and back to 85/86 kg.
    Lost to 81 kg at Easter 2020 (top of normal bmi for me), but then gained back to 88 kg in April/May (Easter egg binge; lock down closed the pool...).

    I have been in my maintenance range since late October, and hit my goal weight of 75kg just after Christmas, but that was a dip that I haven't yet got back to. I plan to maintain for a while at 75 kg, and then perhaps adjust my maintenance weight down to 72 kg (+/- 2.5 kg). Ideally I would like my rolling averages to be coming out as 75 kg +/- 0.5 kg, and I am still about 1kg off this at the moment.

    Successes/struggles: Exercised most days this week, which was good. My weight was very steady this week, but around 76.5 kg which is 1.5 kg above where I'd like to be. I have not been tracking since Christmas. I'll start again on Ash Wednesday (17 February) and go through to Easter with no chocolate or alcohol, and aiming my calorie intake at a 1lb per week deficit. That should mean that I am back below 75kg by Easter.
    The good news is that I am maintaining, just at 76 kg rather than 75 kg. However, this is well within my normal bmi range.

    Struggle/Success: I had to pull back on my steps in order to get a yoga session in but it's worked out well - steps aren't everything. Eating has settled down. Not quite in the 54-55kg range yet, but I'm hopeful it will come naturally in the next month or so.

I have not been tracking since Christmas and I have definitely been eating too much including steadily finishing up Christmas chocolate. Mainly I think I need to think about lunches as I have been eating a fairly substantial lunch as well as a substantial dinner. On the search for filling low-calorie lunches suitable for snowy weather.     @charmmeth - I'm someone who finds high protein meals keep me full longer. If that is the case for you, I have been eating Rotisserie Chicken Breast wrap sandwiches lately. Only about 300 calories with 41 grams of protein. Costco sells rotisserie chicken breast already pulled from the bird, which is really convenient. I use low carb tortilla wraps (both Mission and Don Pancho make them and they are really good. I add a tablespoon of low calorie dressing and some lettuce It's fast, tasty, convenient and filling. I'll do some variation of a wrap sandwich most weekdays subbing ham or turkey for the protein and switching up the dressing. Not super exciting, but it helps me hit my macro and calorie goals.

    Success/Struggles: After hitting 167.1 on the scale on Monday, I decided it was time to get down to brass tacks and got religious about logging again. It worked. Took a few days but by Friday I was at 162,2 and today, 161.6. So managed to eek out a weekly weight just under 165. But I've still be indulging myself in dessert (which is the best thing, IMO, about maintenance).

    We got hit with a ton of snow (well, for us - we aren't used to it here) so while we are snowed in, I've been procrastibaking like crazy. But I've also been freezing leftovers, giving them away, and making a plan for the indulgence at the start of the day. My strategy: log dessert first - then figure out what you can eat around it to make it work.

    Successes/struggles of the week: Weight is a bit up again this week, but that was TOM water weight and a high-sodium/carb sushi dinner thrown in there. I had a planned hike today which didn't happen due to rainy/icy weather, so I'm a bit behind in my steps.
