Breaking through the current plateau! I started off pretty good, but have been stuck at the same weight for a bit, even though I am still in calorie deficit.12

Currently 160.6 down from 233 in 2012. So it's been a very long road.but I'm finally close to breaking into the 150s. 155 is the bmi healthy category for my height. Headed out of country for the next month so I am going to try to get down to 155 or at least not gain.13

Three goals for this year: 1. Keep Weight under 170 (I hit 164 in 2020 down from 315 in 2016) while getting back on a weight training program. 2. Bodyfat down to under 15% by November (current at 18%).
3. Three Mile Run in under 30min by November.9 -
Current mini goal: Just show up to the treadmill. Be friends with the treadmill. Then maybe a 5k.11

To get out of the 210s10

To reach 178 by the end of March- 5 lbs. is a small goal, but a huge victory when I reach it. 5 lbs. at a time is the way to go (for me at least)!8

My mini goal is to not hang over the waistband of my jeans.11

Not sure if it's a mini goal or not, considering how long it took me to lose the last five pounds, but I want to get down to 155 for my next mini goal.11

My mini-goal is to reach my wedding weight (164). I'm at 174 today, down from 215 in July. My long term goal is 130, but that's not today's focus. I'm happy with a pound or two lost per week. Good question, though. It is important to me that I look at smaller goals rather than long term. Thanks for the post.13

Mini goal is to hit the healthy bmi weight range of 132. About 13 pounds away.13

Ok. So I gained 30# over the past year. My first goal was to lose 10, which brought me back to 153.5, which I weighed in at this a.m. My next goal is to break 150. Taking 1 day and 1# at a time. It'll happen when it happens. I've got a different outlook and mindset this time; I'm not feeling down on myself for what I let happen; I totally take the blame and am feeling less shame, no beating myself up like I have in the past. I let it happen. I'm over it. Looking forward to my next goal.22
