@seltzermint555 - Do you have a recipe for that cupcake?? It sounds delicious!

    https://celebratingsweets.com/small-batch-chocolate-cupcakes/

It's definitely not a "healthy" recipe! haha All I did was add cinnamon to the frosting.
My 6 cupcakes were super tall so I'd say it makes 7-8. I wish it was even smaller batch like 2-4 hehe

I don’t eat actual meals unless I eat out but snack throughout the day on mostly things like non-fat Greek yogurt, almonds, cashews, eggs, figs, dried mango, frozen mango, frozen berries & blueberries, bananas, apples, oranges, cantaloupe, watermelon, carrots with spicy hummus dip, broccoli with guacamole, edamame, snap peas or pea pods, avocados, tomatoes, spinach salad, onions, raw garlic cloves, air popped popcorn, potatoes, sweet potatoes, home made frozen yogurt, chia seeds & flax seeds added to other things, small amounts of cheese, and sometimes high protein/fiber cereal with almond milk, organic cereal bars or granola bars. Sometimes I have pasta, quinoa or rice with organic marinara sauce and Parmesan. Sometimes beans or soup. Sometimes small amounts of chicken or shrimp. Sometimes protein powder because I don’t eat red meat and it’s often hard to get enough protein. Sometimes will have a Trader Joe’s frozen meal. I hate cooking and am mostly a purist, not adding any sauces but just adding spices like cayenne (I’m addicted to cayenne!) garlic, black garlic, black pepper, oregano, ginger, turmeric or other spices right on top of the bare food, whether raw or pre-microwave. I eat mostly raw or cook in the microwave or in a rice cooker. Have never even used my stove! And yes, I’m single and live alone. If I ever get married, my husband will hate me lol!

It's an actual new product made by Coke! They have dark roast, caramel, or vanilla. I would honestly never have tried/bought it but a coworker gave me one and it was delicious.

@hawksgirl229 Glad to hear about your mom. Hopefully the pup does well on the follow up procedure.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with hot sauce, toast, and a banana
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich, sunchips, and a black cherry yogurt
    Snack: None
Dinner: Cheeseburger topped with mayo and ketchup, mac and cheese cup, and pickles
    Snack: None

Had a yearly appointment with a specialist yesterday. Still in a bit of pain from some of the procedures. Last night though I felt horrible so I did a super simple side for my leftovers. Then today I had my kitchen garbage bag tear open, spilling rotten veggies on the floor and all over the bottom of the trash can. So I had to like triple bag that, clean up the floor and trash can. It smelled SO SO bad. Took that out, did my grocery shopping, and then on my way home I barely avoided 2 accidents (1 person flying into and then through a parking lot and then 1 person cutting across 3 lanes of traffic trying to get into my lane and nearly side swiped me). So my anxiety levels are WAY up.

Think I may just stay in bed the rest of the day.
