    I’m about to make pad thai, where the stir fry happens so quickly that my cookbook says to have everything prepped and measured and within reach. When I see all the bits and pieces laid out it’s hard to believe this is a basic streetfood dish.

    I made Paleo Zucchini Lasagna with Sausage - it was a wonderful alternative to the high calorie high carb lasagna my kids even liked it. It's dairy free and low carb.You can find it online by just typing in Paleo Zucchini Lasagna with Sausage. Also it uses Turkey sausage. YUM

    Wikipedia gives Dentex as the English name. I not familiar with Red Snapper, but this is a Mediterranean fish.
