Feeling pretty good - I bought a few new clothes some of which are a bit tight but I am counting on them fitting in a couple of weeks! Havent felt this hopeful in a long long time!1 -

CW: 174.5 I seem to be on the lb a week track...wish it was faster but at least its going the right way. I am lowering my calories by 100 to 1100 per day. Maybe this will speed it up a bit! Id be happier with 1.5 lbs a week!1 -

I've had a awful two weeks. I injured my legs and was unable to walk for several days and can only do light workouts and have gained and not lost. Will make it up once I'm fully mobile.1
