    Disappointed with the weight loss but I have noticed other parts of my life are doing better ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Quick 7 Mins Workout xxx โค๐Ÿฆต๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ plus 10 squats and an extra workout. Don't worry we both do warm up and cool down.
    Some of the workouts are very hard, some are fun and some my body will not do those moves.

    I was getting frustrated with plateauing so I stepped away from the scale for a few weeks while I changed things up. Started shortening my eating window from 12-8 to help keep the calories in check. I think Iโ€™m starting to see some results. Updating my timeframe til Easter before I go back to maintenance.
