Ugh. So disappointed in myself. But Iโve meal prepped breakfasts and lunches for the work week, have high protein snacks on hand, and have hopefully set myself up for better success in the coming week. I keep reminding myself that itโs a conscious choice I have to make every day.10 -

Quick 7 Mins Workout xxx โค๐ฆต๐ช๐งโโ๏ธ๐คธโโ๏ธ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ plus 10 squats and an extra workout. Don't worry we both do warm up and cool down.
Some of the workouts are very hard, some are fun and some my body will not do those moves.

I was getting frustrated with plateauing so I stepped away from the scale for a few weeks while I changed things up. Started shortening my eating window from 12-8 to help keep the calories in check. I think Iโm starting to see some results. Updating my timeframe til Easter before I go back to maintenance.3
