    Workouts-
    Week 1: 4 miles walk, 4 miles run (total)
    Week 2: 4 miles walk, 18 miles run (total), stretches
    Week 3: 0 exercise ( rough week in Texas with power cuts for more than 48 hours, freezing temperatures and too much office work. All I tried is to survive this week)

    Had a rough couple morning WIs - I weigh every day so i do know that there are fluctuations but two days in a row I was up a lb - even though I was on track...well actually I went a bit over yesterday!

    Calories: Under
    Exercise: Yes, pickle ball and swimming laps!

    Lets see what the scale brings tomorrow!

    Up and down, up and down. Ugh. Started a new job Monday and have been crazy busy all week getting some assignments done. Did not eat horrible, but didn't track everything. That always gets me. Ill be down next week. Let's hope the week after that as well.

    It’s pretty easy, you just add weights into a spreadsheet. The rest is about coming in here and interacting with everyone.
