5E: Walked 1 mile to our local Eurospar

Week 2 - Mind/body/health related

8H: Used the left over veg from Sunday dinner to make a Healthy winter soup with houmous for my lunch. Delish!
9 I: interval training workout done today.
10J: Got 1st COVID-19 jab then had a lovely walk.
11K: Walked with DH past Knightsbridge to Kilmaine and back.
12L: Went for a walk along Belfast Loughshore and met our daughter and her dog.
13M: Did a Mindfulness Meditation
Week 3 - fitness related
14: Free day - Active Rest Day.
15N: I did a selection of Neck exercises
16O; 35 minutes of exercises targeting my Oblique muscles. No after effects!
17P: Did some physio today, added several sets of pushups into my workout, and did a short session of Pilates to finish off.

I have been refocusing on muscle- toning, and it’s having a detrimental effect on my weight.
I feel I would be a liability to the proposed weight loss teams in March. Could I be left out of them for now?0 -

Loving Ourselves in February Challenge
Week 1- FitnessX - Today I jogged down Xavier Street! Yep! 20 minutes jogging!
A - AEROBICS
B - BELLY Dancing
C - walking at CHASE
D - DEEP Tissue Massage and a DUMBBELL workout
E - I EXPENDED a lot of ENERGY giving Massages. I worked both jobs today so I didn't have much time for exercise. Long exhausting day.
F - I did FREE YouTube videos of HIIT workouts.
G - I'm so very GRATEFUL for this community and the encouragement that you all so GENEROUSLY provide!
Week 2 - Mind/Body
H - I joined the HARCUM Fitness Center in Reynoldsburg so that I can do some water aerobics classes.
I - I used my IMAGINATION to walk part of the INDIAN BEACH TRAIL in Oregon on the treadmill - virtually of course!https://youtube.com/watch?v=JX3v2P-XrGA
J - I did JUMPING JACKS in the pool during my water aerobics class!
K - I did a 30min virtual run on KODIAK Island at the fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.
Kodiak Island, Alaska - 30 minute Virtual Run
L - walked outside 7 miles down LICKING TRAILS ROAD! !
M - I power-walked the MORAINE LAKE Trail in Banff Nat Park, Alberta Canada. This glacially fed lake is situated in the Valley of the Ten Peaks in Banff National Park. I did this walk at 3.5mph.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--owKzMyfRA
Then I slowed down to 3.0 mph to walk the MOHICAN VALLEY BIKE TRAIL which isn't too far from where I live! I've actually been camping at the Mohican State Park in Loudenville, OH before! Week 3 - Fitness
N - Walked 20 minutes of the NIAGARA FALLS GORGE TRAIL. Niagara Falls Virtual Run with Ambient Sound
O - Today I ran on the treadmill to the OLD MAN'S CAVE SNOW RUN! Old Man's Cave is not very far from where I live, in fact, DH and I have rented a weekend cabin there many times just to get away! It's such a nice place in southern Ohio.
P - 2 minutes of PLANKS!
Q - 2 hours of giving QUIET massages!
R - I had another PB in RUNNING …. 21 mins at 4.7mph.
S - I took a STROLL outside for 2.5 hours!
Week 4 - Mind/Body
T - TRICEPS work with my new dumbbells!
U - UNCLUTTERED the house!
V - I was VICTORIOUS over the emotional baggage that worked so hard to defeat me yesterday!
W - My WINNING attitude helped me overcome the WINTER doldrums. I also WORKED hard giving 4 massages today.

Ill be back tomorrow, my eyes have been suffering for several days now.
I suffer from the light on the computer screens so I'm going to have to give it a rest hopefully tomorrow will be better1 -
