    My game plan all along has been to focus on building daily, lifelong, sustainable healthy habits. exercise for at least 30 min, drink water, prepare and log easy healthy meals that I love. I’m learning to believe in and trust the process! Feeling good.

    My check in day! This journey has been slow but steady!

    HW 176.2 - December 2019
    SW 174.8 - April 27/2020
    CW 159.6 - February 22/2021

    At this rate 30lbs by end of March will not happen...as long as I keep losing, I'll keep going!

    I'm 37 years old, married, we have a 2 year old. My goal for this challenge is to lose 15-20 lbs. 2020 starting weight was 225. My ultimate goal weight is 135-140 I'll plan for Saturday weigh ins.
