It takes 12 weeks for others to make out the difference. So let's join in with weekly weigh ins and motivate one another to conquer our dreams.     Wish thanks a million for joining me...and for that calender...

    I increased from 164 lbs to 183 lbs in a span of 3 months after an accident... As I would only eat, sleep and watch TV... So I'm done with those bulges again..and gonna shred it in 3 months and get back into my favourite dress... Thanks once again..

    This is my first post here, but count me in too! I'm embarrassed that I am the heaviest I have ever been and need true motivation to get down to where I want to be (135 lbs).

    I thought I had posted earlier, but I don't see it. I'm back to mfp after several years away. Due to pandemic, my weight crept back up and I'm tired of being miserable. Starting weight 208.5, challenge goal weight 202

    10 k steps a day
    10 lbs weight loss
    Current weight: 164 lbs
    Goal by May 31: 154 lbs

    It won't be easy, but now it's out there, I need to do it!
