CHALLENGE TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: Total Loss of 10 pounds to land at 192.2
CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT (FROM NOVEMBER 30TH 2020): 207.2
CHALLENGE ENDING WEIGHT:
Challenge Weight loss goal: I am aiming for a 5 pound per month.
December 01: 207.6 Not a good start.
December 07: 202.6 Burning it off with the unpacking from the move.
December 14: 203.4 Christmas goodies that I should be avoiding.
December 21: 206.0 Well, there it is. In writing. Very stark. And right in the midst of Christmas week as I prepare to bake and also become a fudge making machine. Clearly I cannot control the Christmas goodies well. So I will try to control what I think I can right now. My actual meals, my movement and my water drinking. It will go A LONG WAY in helping to mitigate the damage.
December 28: 205.2 I don’t think its possible to make goal, but I’ll aim for the best.
December 31: 207.0 Chinese for the past 2 days. Celebrations tonight. Goal is to carefully monitor the food and portions tonight to allow room for a few cocktails.

January 11: 207.0 A horrible weight week but I got it back down just in the nick of time.
January 18: 206.2 Lower calorie/carb dinners lately. Tweaking the snacks. Need more exercise.
January 25: 208.2 I went up a full two pounds this morning all at once! Carbs. New Dawn, New Day.
January 31: 207.6 down a touch. I am surprised actually.

February 01: 207.6 no change.
February 08: 207.4 a touch better. But I can do better than this.
February 15: 208.8 This reflects a huge overnight jump which I didn’t expect and was a bit unfair. Next week should show a drop due to this inflated number.
February 22: 207.2 This reflects an overnight jump but is still less than last week so I will take it. My final weigh-in will be on the last day of February for a full reflection. Right now I am exactly at my starting weight for this challenge and I am sad about that. Perhaps I can make a difference in the next 6 days of Feb. I had hoped to finally touch Onederland by the end of Feb. That is clearly not going to happen, but I should be able to accomplish SOMETHING!
February 28: 207.0 Well, I only lost 0.2 lbs this challenge. I’m going to chalk that up as a win considering that this included the Christmas holidays and baking season. I gain EVERY WINTER so I am actually happy to see this. Onward to (hopefully) even more success on the next round!
