To begin with I want to loose the 10 lb I put on again this UK lockdown (I lost it after the last lockdown, and then put it all back on again) crisps, biscuits cake all creeping back in to my eating habits..I just need to be watchful, take less in and move more!13

Goal: three jogs and 2 trips to the dog park for at least 2 mi walks. The dogs need it after all our bad weather, and so do I!8

For me it's mini weight goals. Five lbs at a time ~ Right now 155 lbs is my next mini goal! (159 currently) 💪Mini goals ftw!12

Booking a hot air balloon ride and not having to feel like my weight is an issue.22

I met my February goal to cover 300+ miles. My next aim is to complete a 25 mile bike ride on (or about) March 17.

17 February - Down to 75kg (my goal weight) just after Christmas, for one weigh in, but I am back to 77kg at present. That's probably partly because I have changed my exercise pattern, but also I have not been logging. It's within my mintenance range but at the top and I want to be lighter. So I am starting logging again today, and would love to be back at 75 kg by Easter, and trending at 75kg as well.
Back down to 76kg as of this morning. We'll see where I am at Easter, but the trend is now in the right direction.

Hitting my old "fighting weight" by graduation. Started at 208, down to 195, trying to hit 180 by end of May.7

Really want to get below 200lbs, have kind of stalled out the last couple weeks.9

I've got two mini goals at the moment. One for weight and one for fitness.
For fitness, I want to be able to run 5k. I have 2 and a half weeks left on the C25k program I'm following and so far I'm on track.
For weight, 85kg is my next milestone. I'm 3.2 (about 7lb) away but my body is being stubborn at the moment so it's not coming off as quickly as I had hoped.7 -
I've been hovering just over 200 and I want to get into the 100s for good! I set goals for myself every 10 lbs for some non-food reward. I've saved up for a fancy face cream when I get under 200, and then at 190 I'm getting a new haircut (I actually haven't cut my hair since before March of last year and I can almost sit on it now!)8

Getting out of the 240's (where I've been mostly since 2014!) and into the 230's. 3 lbs to go.11

Just logging. Not weight loss, not dropping a size. Just logging calories and exercising according to my plan, to build better habits. (If It think too far past this goal, I risk overwhelm or frustration)23

the goal of dropping 1/4 inch from my waist and hips. If I can manage that, every couple of months when I measure, then I know I'm going in the right direction. The scale is not an accurate indicator for me.12

My Mini Goal is 5 pounds. I oddly gained back 10 pounds of the 70 I have lost, and am determined to lose 5 of that 10 and figure out why. I had been the same weight for months and months, and at the blink of an eye, eating all the same foods I had been eating all along, there was 10 extra. Baby steps! bring on (or better yet, TAKE AWAY) that five pounds.7

I am 7 pounds from not being overweight on a BMI chart (and probably another 20-25 from where I'd like to be). So that 7 is my next minigoal.13
