    My Goals this week:

    1. 10k steps/day βœ…βœ…βœ…βŒβœ…βœ…
    2. Under carb goal βŒβœ…βœ…βŒβŒβœ…
    3. c25k run twice/week βŒβœ…
    4. Weight lifting 3 times/week βœ…βœ…βŒ
    5. Yoga 4 times/week βœ…βœ…βŒβœ…
    6. Power-walking 4 times/ week βœ…βœ…βŒβŒ (although I didn't power-walk today, I did go hiking outside with my hubby! Hiking in the woods, I wasn't able to go power-walking speed tho.
    7. Planks 5 times/week βœ…βœ…βŒβœ…βœ… (Excited that I'm finishing the week at 50/45 seconds for 2 planks).

    For this weekend I challenged myself to burn 2000 calories (1000 each day). Per my fitbit, I burned 2600 today!
