    While it might not be as intense as running, look for seated workouts on YouTube. When my mobility was limited, I started there and was still able to feel like I was doing something positive until my body was able to do more.

    Thank you, I'll look into it! I'm going to get some weights soon so am planning to do some seated lifting too. :)
