@rheddmobile Glad your hip is behaving and you are doing better after your fall. Nice run this morning.

@polskagirl01 Nice bike ride. Watch issues are so annoying. 21st century issues!

@marisap2010 Great run. Glad your calf is okay.

@Scott6255 Glad you have no pain this morning and hope you figure out the cause.

I miss it beginning to get daylight towards the end of my early morning run. I know here in my part of the world that the daylight time is getting longer though so I will be patient and just keep charging my light which gave out on me this morning but I was almost finished anyway. It was 44F when I ran but a little breezy. I wore a sleeveless top under a long sleeve tech shirt with capris and that combo worked well.

@Scott6255 – I hope your PF is not coming back. Glad things were better today.
Love those tie-dyed shoes @skippygirlsmom! I have a pair of tie-dyed from the Vegas RNR half marathon but I like your colors better. The pair that I have are Launch I believe and don’t have a lot of support. I wear them for casual every day shoes. BTW, how is Skip doing?
@quilteryoyo – No shame in being slow! I’m slow as molasses but keep putting one foot in front of the other.
Wow @polskagirl01 – That would be some speedy biking! I took my bike to the shop for a routine service last week. They are supposed to have it ready today.
@marisap2010 – Hope the calf is feeling better soon.

    Great racing everyone!!

And I love those shoes @skippygirlsmom ! I have a pair of tie-dyed ghosts on my shelf but I think the color is a little different. I have a purple/pink kind of tie-dye pair now and I love them. A fun show just makes me happy!

@Scott6255 Sorry to hear your feet/calves are acting up. My husband has had recurring PF issues too. He does the rolling as well and feels like it helps. He also started running with a calf compression sleeve and says it was a major help. Maybe worth a shot?

    @nickseger Beautiful pic!

@Tramboman Great job getting out in those conditions!

@Teresa502 Glad you were almost home before your lights went out. Great running. I do believe you are just a little bit faster than I am. Too bad we don't live a little bit closer - we could probably run well together.

@nickseger Nice. That is a really fast HM. I'm hoping my first one will be under 3 hours. You're doing great on the weight loss too. BEAUTIFUL picture!

@Camaramandy648 Glad you are taking it easy this week. I'm sure the time change didn't help things either.

Love the pictures @martaindale ! Those hikes must be so much fun with the family!

That is excellent news @skippygirlsmom ! You'll be back to running in no time!

Oh no @katharmonic ! I hope your back starts to feeling better quickly. It's so hard to get around when every movement hurts.

@kgirlhart Mom and I are going to get our first CoVID shot today. I have my fingers crossed that a sore arm is the only side affect we have.

@HonuNui I didn't realize you had gotten bit. So sorry your neighbor's aren't responsible with their dog! You are doing great with your running and touring the countries of the world.

@marisap2010 Glad you got out for a walk. I hope you sleep better tonight.

Hi @Scott6255 , have you tried using Strassburg socks? I had a very painful bout with PF a few years ago and sleeping in those socks made a world of difference. I've been pain free now for quite a while (knock on wood!).
