This is amazing. Do NOT BEAT YOURSELF UP if you are just short of your goal. It’s a lifestyle change that has no ending. Don’t get me wrong, goals keep you focused, but your progress is amazing. I’m 5’9 and I went from 194.6 to 138 (lost 56 lbs!) I think I was 185 in the first pic tho, not my heaviest20

Oh yeah, for sure. In fact you can see my "wings" in that photo on the right, and the photo was carefully cropped not to show the big baggy flaps hanging down below my shoulder blades. My neck, thighs, chest, back, arms, and of course my stomach. I've got an appointment next week with a plastic surgeon to talk about it.

The top is today, March 6
The bottom is from two months ago on Jan 1. 25 pound difference and doing body weight exercising.

when I started working out last april vs now - roughly same weight49 -
This isn't even my high weight - just one of the last pictures of me I have - probably 20lbs lighter than my highest weight..
This is recent/current.
If not my clothes no longer fitting I would have sworn there was no difference. Pictures though blow my mind, and I'm sharing BECAUSE my mind is blown, good grief.
