    Yeeeeees. Work is incredibly stressful lately but I've been using exercise to cope instead of sugar which is clearly working on the scale and is helping my migraines as well. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

    I got in three days of exercise this past week and I constantly had a water bottle in my hand. My goal is a gallon a day. Right now, I'm about 1/2 gallon a day but that's a major improvement from one glass a day in the old days.

    Hello team! I find that I need to step down as team captain after the challenge ends next week. I just can't keep up with everything. I am newly diagnosed with MS, my dad just had a massive heart attack this week and I need to help take care of him for a while (he is ok :) )and my job has insane hours. I just need a break. If anyone wants to step up as captain or co-captain just message me or Ashley @AB0215 (that is a zero, not an O) Thank you for being the absolute best team in this challenge!! B)

    @mram3582, we all need a break sometimes to focus on what matters most - our own health and the health of those close to us. I wish I could help, but right now I have my own medical issues to deal with. I know you'll find someone to step up and take the captain baton. Sending good thoughts your way.
